Does anyone else see the irony in today being Harmony Day?
I arrived at work this morning and one of the women was going from office to office handing out orange stickers and little orange ribbons in celebration of Harmony Day.
"You can't be serious", I said to her. "You honestly expect me to wear that?!". Jesus, what a load of hypocrisy.
Harmony Day my arse, as we help bomb the crap out of Iraq.
It's just as bad as Howard's sanctimony when he said he had gone to church and asked God to help keep our troops safe.
Buggered if I am going to wear their orange bull**** ribbon.

(Did look like idiots though considering it was the presentation assembly today!) They've never made a deal out of it before, I think they decided to do it today because of the war.
Gees, if I'd known, I would have adorned myself in something orange! Dammit!
