Help with Tapatalk App

Hi everyone,

I recently had a problem/bug with the tapatalk app which I run on my iPhone to browse BigFooty. I decided to delete the app – redownload it and logout and login again.

Now when I try to login I get the following error message

Log in failed
You are not logged in or do not have permission to do this action.

It gives me the “forget password” option which goes nowhere/doesn’t work or I can just press ok.

Password is 100% correct.

Has anyone else had this problem? I also have the same issue on the BigFooty App. The only way I can actually log in now is through a web browser on PC or Safari on my phone.

Any help would be appreciated. Apologies if this is in the wrong spot.
