How do you set up your home games?

Our games are usually $20 NL Holdem tournament.

Pizza comes out of the bank (effectively the winner buys the pizza).

Everyone gets $120 in chips and re-buys are allowed, usually only once per player unless they crash out very early.

Start with 1/2 blinds and increase each round.

Nearly the same here

$15 buy in and it's NL. You can re-buy for $10 (once) but you only get half the chips so you are paying a premium.

1250 in chips and blinds start at 10/20. Limits go up every 15mins regardless and the timer is set. 10min break every hour. A prize for the best losing hand of the night. 60% goes to the winner, 30% goes to the second place and 10% to the best losing hand of the night.
The winner also receives a novelty Sheriffs badge which has become quite prestigious.

We also have a group from work that play at the sit-n-go's at Crown on a Friday night nearly every month and it gets very competitive.

usually have $10 buyin, get you about 15 grand in chips, we play no limit, winner walks away with it all (usually around $100 bucks)

Usually No Limit with $20 buy in, $10 rebuy. We use a few sets of chips, and usually begin with $5/$10 blinds.
