hate the new interface. It's easier to subscribe to 10mb extra than it is to find the inbox.

also hard to compose messages too.

It seems they have adopted the Yahoo principle for emails, and yet can't get it right.

I can't believe how annoying it is. It took me that long to work out how to actually view my emails. Then It took me even longer to work out how to delete them. I'm totally confused.

Can anyone help me....

I use hotmail and since the new set up was bought in I havent been able to send emails...as in I press send and the screen doesnt even move.

Does anyone else have this problem or know what it is and what can be done about it? I can even email the Hotmail staff to find out what the problem is.

Had similar problems around the time of the change over (Monday night-Tuesday morning)

Do you have rich text format set up in your account as that could be the problem.

To delete an email just click on the box next to the link and then hit delete at the top. Pretty simple really. I had no problems with it and i cant believe u guys are so confused, it has hardly changed at all besides funking up the template a bit more.

The new layout is a bit confusing, but I haven't had any problems composing or sending e-mails (and I have rich text formatting on) or anything. Just still trying to get used to the new format is all.

It was..it seems the offer to keep the 10mb limit wasn't taken up in great numbers, so we are being given it for nothing for the time being maybe.

I have a similar amount of crap throughout my hotmail address and it says I have 25% of my limit filled..seems strange

Nah I dont have rich text format.

When I press send, nothing happens, except that it says "Error on page" in the bottom left corner of Internet Explorer.

Im totally confused

You almost need a science degree just to compose a message on the new set-up.

I don't mind it that much, and like most new things i will have to try to get used to the setout. The thing is that the main features like compose, delete, block etc are all in the menu bar near the top.

not a big fan! Very annoying to find where everything has moved to, and every time i open up a mailing list email, it reverses the colours on my layout for apparently no reason...

It sucks. Why I say dont stick with what works and what everyone likes? It's just asking for trouble, and it is definately going to take some getting used to.
