Franklin could easily play midfield an he would be scary to line up against with his strength,speed an ability.

Theres a reason why he still spends so much time forward though.
I wonder if thats because a gun forward is much more valueable playing forward than in midfield delivering to avg forwards or getting the occasional running goal from outside 50.

Yes, and it's called Mitchell, Sewell, Hodge, Lewis and Burgoyne. Trust me, if we had that sort of midfield in that form (plus a few others the Hawks have got that are in form etc.) and delivering it like they do, Pav would be fwd pretty much the whole game in our team too.

And no, Franklin would be half the midfielder Pav is.

Pav should play fwd more, I agree, but (rewind recording, press play now), he's NOT the reason our fwd line hasn't been too effective recently.

PapaJ, that is a load. Pavlich is a terrible midfielder. Wouldn't take much for Buddy to outclass him.

pav is not a terrible midfielder. he is a servicable midfielder who can play the odd blinder. he is a sensational forward however and should be playing as a forward
