I'm sooooo happy!

I just got off the phone with my Cricket Club Captain - who just informed me that because we have to forfeit third grade due to lack of numbers.....I'm playing Second Grade this weekend!!!! Now if i can only improve on my third ball duck in third grade last week i may just be able to stay up there......Im soooooooo happy!!!

well....the first time i get a chance - it has to absolutely pour the night before and it got cancelled - but its a 2 dayer so i get another chance next week

Well that's good in one way - now you can tell people you spent two weeks in there. And who knows, maybe even more.

i can hope! our side is like the St Kilda of cricket - perennial woodenspooners - but next year is looking good. atm, we only really have enough players to field a first and second grade team with a few left over

So all these kids that practice for months & months to move up a level have been going about it the wrong way.
