Bloody disgusting. :thumbsd:

Does no one at RFC realise the height of this Freo side?

Expect them to stack the forward line with all talls.

And do they not realsise that Hyde is pretty average

Yup, that too. I'd rather give it to a developing KPP that's been in decent form at Coburg and has played better than Kingsley has in his 3 games.

Damn I wanted McGuane and Hughes to play in this one. Schulz is justifiably dropped. He shouldnt have been included in last weeks side.

hughes and riewoldt dont move around into space enough or bend their backs, they just like to take marks. they will get more out of coburg games than with the seniors.

The stupidity continues at the footy club thinking the current list of players form a running side!!

No schulz, no hughes, no jack - yes, preparing for the future...

Exactly.

Seasons over.

Must give one those 3, preferably Hughes or Jack a run every week to keep their development up, and to keep Hughes' morale up to he doesnt become one of "SA phone home" crew. I think it's unjustified to leave him out of the team. He might not have it all but the VFL wont give him everything.

Agreed. How do you know if Hughes is no good if you dont give him enough games or show him you have confidence in his ability? He's been there 3 years, play him for the rest of the year at CHF and then evaluate where he's at! MAKES ME SO MAD!!!

geez the coburg side will be pretty awesome this week

mm looks alright doesnt it.

What exactly did Cleve do wrong ? He kicked 6 in 2 weeks & got dropped after 1 quite game ! They are really starting to lose me with some of their decisions

Not the only one mate, not the only one. :(

Who knows, pretty certain he kicked three goals over here last year against WC with Hunter on him in a losing team, and sat on the bench for long periods.

agree - they are losing me, and i hate it:(

received my melbourne victory membership forms today (which is really odd, because i have never had one, or even enquired about one! how did they know??) - my start looking forward to that starting up again.

I sure think that Terry Wallace knows more about how to approach a game than all you numbskulls put together.

Fantastic response but last time I checked this was a democratic nation and Terry Wallace wasn't a dictator that is always right OR ELSE.

Plough wants to save face. He couldn't draft Kingsley and have him running around in the VFL!

I've very rarely been critical of the match committee's selections during Wallace's time (you could usually find some sense in each decision), but the fact neither Schulz or Hughes is playing while Kingsley is amounts to nothing short of a disgrace.

The only possible excuse I can find is that Kingsley is there by default because Schulz and Hughes are both being taught lessons regarding reaching performance benchmarks - realistic or otherwise - laid out by the coaching staff.

The other alternative is what you set out above Ah Cheung - and it saddens me to say it wouldn't surprise me.

The same sort of thinking seems to be behind Polak being apparently hidden from playing full games on good opponents. Don't get me wrong, I think Polak's been very good, but here we are mid-season and he hasn't copped one single defensive role that defenders like Gaspar and Hall were expected to deal with week after week.

Really looking forward to seeing Kingsley take a mark 40m out only to send it wide and short yet again for the 250th time in his career. Maybe he'll fluke another couple of assists where it comes off the side of his boot and ends up in Pattison's hands, or a systemic defensive error where a key forward is 20m in front of him in 10m of space for him to chip to.

That'll probably get him another game under the pretense he's adding value.

Have you guys noticed that in the VFL the only goals Kingsley gets are from passes right in the goal square. The goal he kicked last week was similar.

Good selection. Schulz is rubbish.
