How is he faring at Uni Blues? I was a big fan of this kid when he played at the Gillon but I have not seen his name in the best players or goal kickers this season.

I heard from a London source that he gave away 15 free kicks in a practice match against St Bernard’s. Very disappointing, so much talent, what has gone wrong? To many Friday nights out perhaps.

Will we never again see the pack marks, long goals and hip and shouldering of moving buses on Sydney Road?

Maybe he should return to his spiritual home alongside the Bradys at NOBSPC were he may rediscover the magic.

Jason "Big Jon Brown" Cordy hasn't been the same since he departed the Gillon, and it's been a change for the worse.

When he was in purple & white he was all business. He lived by what he called the three Rs (Rehab, Rest and Rage) and he duly became the King of Brunswick. Since crossing to the Blues he's gone off the rails. His indulgences in beverages of an alcoholic variety have become more frequent. Discipline has become and issue (ie the free kick count) and he doesn't even seem interested in taking on those trams in Sydney Rd anymore. He's changed.

The Jason Cordy of 2004 is no more. And it's a damn shame.

Oh no that no good, maybe a return to NOBS

Could someone from Blues please post here each Monday detailing how BJB went on the weekend. A simple game summary and the basic stats will suffice. Alphonse will appreciate it. Thanks

Jason Cordy better watch out.

I have a few friends at the old xavs who are filthy at what he was able to get away with during the game against Xavs last week.

Apparently he intentionally got Travis Ruyg in the face with his forearm. Sadly Travis Ruyg broke his jaw and will be out for who knows how long. Surely a reportable incident. From all reports the replay looked terrible.

It would be smart of blues to miss out on the finals cos' xavs will really try to line him up to exact revenge. We need to keep idiots like Cordy out of our reputable comp - no-one wants their face smashed in.

By the way, does anyone know if these two teams play off again before the finals series begins.

Nice one d i c k head Jason Cordy was out injured. Get your facts right before posting abosolute rubbish.

Can anybody explain why Jason Cordy played in the Reserves last weekend?

Surely a player of his stature deserves to start in the afternoon game upon coming back from injury.

Uni Blues aren't treating Big Jon Brown with the respect he deserves.

It seems logical a return to the Gillon in 2007 is best for the lad.
