Is that Snorky ?

If it had red and white hair and was wearing a Swan's jumper.........Yes, it may be Snorky..............I do have a sense of humour.................However, I was told this info by a Swans player...........take the info, or leave it as you please.
Nice try Lewis, but you've got to find another way of displacing Jesse from the team.

Ed Barlow will try anything to get into the Swans side :(
Does that include playing well or improving his decision making?

Remember Barlow's debut against the Lions? He got like 30 disposals (a lot at the time, even now) and everyone was hailing him the new Goodes.

He has a great physique. He's actually one of the heaviest Swans players. Pity he's just not good enough atm.

My brother and I actually called him 'BOG Barlow' because of that. We still do.

Of course, it's much more ironic now than it was back then.

Snorky - You need to stay off the Columbian chalkie, as it causes you to tell porky's.

As I posted in the other thread;

'Cap'n Sydney Swans Roosy has just told the media that Bradshaw and McGlynn are back in the side to play the Dogs. White and Bevan out, but both braddy and McGlynn have to get through training, which is just about to start.'

Wow - risky choice by Roosy.

Jesse White has looked pretty good of late and if Bradshaw breaks down then good has to play permanent forward.

And Beven (kicked 3 goals) out instead of Moore??? I guess we know who Roosys best mate is.

Harsh on Jesse, would have thought Moore would lose first

Both White and Bevo will play.

I'm tipping one of O'Keefe or Smith for Bevo, and Pyke to make way for White.
O'Keefe understandable but why Smith? I don't recall any injury concerns over him and right now he is our best stopper.

Yeah I'm somewhat dubious that our side will go in as selected.

All depends on the weather and what the strategy is, I suppose.

My inititial reaction at Whitey's omission was mild surprise.

My inititial reaction at Whitey's omission was mild surprise.

My first reaction was to raise one eyebrow, the left I think, almost reflexively. Had I not been admiring myself in the mirror at the time I fear I may have missed it entirely. The initial shock soon passed and I was left with a profound sense of the futility of football. Once more I sought the solace of the web from whence I brought to light some pithy words for Jesse's comfort in this darkest of hours.

"I am always doing that which I can not do, in order that I may better learn how to do it."

Aye Mr White. And better a diamond with a flaw than a pebble without.

I'm in Melbourne,it is raining and people aren't buying the Bradshaw factor. Why?They reckon he came off limping in the two seconds games he played and that the standard of our seconds is,in the eyes of Melbournians, much lower than the VFL.W'ell just have to wait and see.
