I saw him take some of the younger guys through a training drill at Waverly Park just before Round 1 and Jordan really appeared very impressive.
He's always been a classy player but has taken longer to mature. (In fact he was my most frustrating of all Hawthorn players with some of the silly things he did during a game. 3 years ago I thought we should trade him for the right deal.)
Lewis now realizes he can be as good as Hodge and Mitchell. The selection of him, Roughead and Franklin was really the start of the resurgence of the Hawks and much credit goes to Jordan. I'd like to see him given the captaincy for 2015.
