I thought he was very ordinary in the first half and very good in the second half. Same when I watched the replay.
One particular pass in the third quarter was nothing short of sensational - highly skilled. Whether it was contested or uncontested is irrelevant.

From a Carlton perspective (please don't crucify me) I didn't think he played well at all.

Seemed nervous and often chopped out some of his runs because he sensed pressure.

Thought Tambling was actually quite influential in the second half and deserves far more praise than McMahon.

I honestly don't think McMahon deserves any respect for his performance last night.

Having said that, he probably would've been named best for Carlton had he been wearing navy blue, we were disgusting.
