Anyone else here a fan?

I don't see him as that boyband lead singer anymore.

He's a genuine bonafide artist. Saw him a few years ago, plays instruments, dances, sings live, brilliant.

His songs too, have quite a bit of depth and what he might not have lyrically he makes up for with the composition of his tracks.

My Love, Tunnel Vision are two standouts from his catalogue. Songs with brilliant openings, inventive, bold, risk taking and to me, music that I listen too and years down the track, I can reminisce over that time I began listening to it.

'My Love' for example, summer of 2006 I had it playing, every spring/summer since then I always play this track and it just makes me feel good, time to enjoy life during the summer.

A few months ago he won the Michael Jackson award at the MTV awards and performed for 20 minutes a medley of his hits. Didn't realise until watching that that JT has had quite an impressive strings of hits and is still only in his early 30s.

20/20 experience part 2 is coming out next week, I suggest you give part one and two a good listen. I know pop isn't cool anymore, but JT has managed to do what Prince, George Michael (90s-early 00s) Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson would do, no radio edit BS songs, real risk taking, creative, different sounds.

Anyway, there's my man-love for JT. Think he's brilliant and just wanted to see if anyone else shares my thoughts on the man.

Best mainstream act right now too might I add (IMO).

He's a renaissance man, who is so talented it makes me sick. Generally despise urban R&B, however when done well it can be a wondrous thing.
