It preceded Animal House and in comparison made Animal House look like Casablanca!
And the stroryline? Well for a start, "Frat" is an anagram for ????

Absolute shocker- a poor man's Animal House.

The only bit I remember is when they are blowing pot smoke into a courthouse or something. Highly unfunny and unmemorable.
