Surely he has earned a crack. Has great evasive skills, pushes through play.
Would make a nice rotation with Foley.

After ONE bad kick with his first he had a 100% disposal efficiency.

Finished the game with 96% efficiency - easily in the elite bracket.

yeah fair enough... just the bad kick sticks in my mind.
But id prefer Polo, Coughlan, Tuck, Johnson, Tambling and Deledio/Brown in the middle rather than King, at the expence of one of the others.
With injuries, Id be glad to see him in there, but other than that, he looks too good in defense to take away.

And as if to make the point, the very next quarter Kingy made the very same switch kick and executed with absolute precision. That took huge balls.

If our season completely goes off track, then why not, we've got nothing to lose...but until that happens, or we get injuries, he is too good down back.

tambo to back pocket and king to middle tambo just dont get the ball enough and maybe they can turn him into a wanganeen/burgoyne (the others usually get 20+ possessions compared to tambo's 10-15). or delidio to back pocket and tambo to full forward (really forward pocket like lids).

he adds tremendous value where he is, if he can regularly knock up 20+ possies, with his run, that is alot of thrusts forward...There are a few others we are developing as mids, cant see anyone that could take his place in back pocket with same effect
