Holy s**t... they just gave you colouring-in, in high school...Shouldn't you be correcting colouring-in homework?
Yeah, I was thinking something like that, but didn't know it existed.<-- teacher.
I would argue that there's little point in completing VCE, or the equivalent in the other systems unless you intend to go to University.
At the end of your VCE, you're awarded an ATAR score (Australian Tertiary Admissions Ranking) --- pretty pointless if you do not intend to go to University.
VCE students would typically do subjects such as English, Math and then a collection of more specialised subjects, such as Accounting, Biology, Business Management, Chemistry, Computing, Legal Studies, Media, Physics and Psychology etc.
Now, after completing your VCE and studying a collection of these subjects, you're not going to get hired as any of: Accountant, Biologist, Manager, Chemist etc.
Therefore - why study them at their most basic level?
The VCAL certificate (Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning) is far more practical as it includes getting one day of actual work experience per week, as well a certificate in a specialised subject.
The reason why it's best for most adolescents to complete their schooling is more related to their maturity and access to jobs. Without being able to drive, it's often not possible to get an apprenticeship as you're typically competing against 18-25 year olds who have done a pre-apprenticeship and have a drivers licence and car.
If you're leaving school to work full time, or casually at the local Big W, Coles, McDonalds or other, it's probably going to be a bad idea.
But no University ambitions, do VCAL.
"How embarrassment" hey!Holy s**t... they just gave you colouring-in, in high school...

How very schoolyard of you to trot out the 'your mum' jokes. But what do you expect if you've only been exposed to that type of environment since about five years of age....Nah mate marking done, sitting by the pool now fingerbanging your mum.
Now get back to the cold calling
