Looking back at the byes

Now that the season is done, thought I'd create a thread where we could look back at the byes and what worked and didn't. As it is one of the more difficult times of the year. (an its certainly an area I'd like to improve).

Now I went into the byes ranked 721 and fell to 1,446. I originally thought I'd go quite well during this period but boy was I wrong. I burnt through all 9 trades mainly sideways trading rookies in fact I only traded in 3 premos during this time.

Overall I averaged 1715 across the byes. (which I think was quite poor - but I could be wrong)

So how did everyone else go?​

I didn't plan around it until at least 4 weeks out. Carnage always plays a role and screws things up. That's why I never base my initial starting team around byes.

Scored 5,368 points in total. Rank going in 2563...coming out 1573.
