Lunar New Year

Since we've had the Christmas and New Years threads, I thought I'd start a Lunar New Year thread for those of us who live in countries where it's celebrated, or for those who do anyway.

So, what are you up to for the new year?

Me - I'll be heading to Manila for a 4 day long bucks night (not mine). Wish me luck surviving that!

I have booked a table for 10 at the excellent all new Chinese restaurant at Coolangatta Bowls Club for Saturday night.

There will be fireworks, dragons, Asian cultural dancing and girls waiting in bikinis.

If you visit Coolangatta at anytime, check this restauarant out (right smack in the middle of the town). They serve great Chinese food and the CBC has for many years been known as serving the best draught beer on the Coast. Great wine too.
