As far as it goes, this years Madden was decent enough. They had some time to work on what they put out in 25, the first round of next-gen, but the more you play, the more it sucks. The fact they've monopolized the market with the NFL license (which may change god willing - but who the **** knows) means they can deliver a sub-par game and not get crushed for it, unlike NBA Live that gets demolished, annually, by 2k which is so, so much better. Cant help but think football games would be the same.

They just don't seem to learn, there were aspects of last years game that they've now changed and by doing so made it worse. Typical one step forward, two steps backward.

Here's hoping 2k can get through all the red tape with the license, and throw their hat into the ring.

I'll be interested to see what, if anything, comes of the "Joe Montana Football 16"...
