The Dees started counting a new form of membership in their total figures last year: the subsidised MCC/Dees membership. Allowed MCC members to purchase a Dees membership for $40 ... and the AFL let them count it as a ticketed member.

Is this in fact the case?

I have bought one of these memberships myself...I would had bought a proper whizbang awesome one but someone is on a uni student budget
