Hi Guys,

Wondering if you could help me with a little issue I have with Microsoft Outlook 2007:

I have set the default font to be Arial, blue, 11pt. Fortunately this setting works for all "new" emails, however whenever I "reply", "reply all", or "forward" an email the text is set to what I want when writing the e-mail up but the problem is it changes once the email is sent to "times new roman, 12 pt, black & white". Has anyone else had this problem occur to them and does any one have a solution to this problem?

Thanks in advance I look forward to your reply.

I use Outlook 03 and under Tools/Options/Mail format/Stationary & Fonts there are the options to use your preferred fonts and size for all emails (forwarding and replying).

Anything like that in 07?

Thanks for your reply Bosun.

Yes outlook 07 does have this option, which is what I used to "set the default font to be Arial, blue, 11pt". However it only works for new emails even though I have set it for "forwarding & replying" as well.

Any other suggestions?
Looks like I might have to put up with this issue.:o

sounds like your outlook 2007 is the problem if you have selected the apply to forwarding and replies.

sent Microsoft and email or give them a call.
