Midfield balance

Anyone else noticed our midfield is really imbalanced based on the type of players? Its been pretty clear our midfield has been really down this year and it's hurting us. At the moment we are playing:
Crisp
Pendles (half back)
Treloar
Adams
Greenwood
Blair (rotating)
Degoey
Aish (rotating)
Sidebottom
When you look at that list you see a lot of grunt and inside play and theyre almost all slow beside treloar. Where is our outside coming from? Our old mid field setups only involved one main insider - luke ball. Thoughts?

Step one get Pendlebury right and get him off half back. Varcoe is quick so is Josh Smith and Broomhead if they can earn a spot in the side
