Little Creatures appear to use beans. They look nice, never used beans in nachos before though.

Gained a good 30 kegs on Nachos. Massive bowl filled with doritos nacho cheese, slap some dolmio all over it....about 200 of grated cheese and microwave that ****er for 2 mins. 3 heaps of sour cream and voila (y)

Need good quality chips. Mix of cheddar, mozzarella and jalapeno jack cheeses. Top with salsa, diced chili, beans (black or refried), spring onion, guacamole and sour cream. You also need to do it in layers.

i find the selection of cheese a bigger issue. Regular tasty cheese just doesnt say soft long enough and you end up with everything glued together.

How do you clean the cheese of the side of the bowl afterwards.

I use it as Parma sauce and also if i wanna marinade a steak with a few extras, works a treat.

I add bbq sauce flavoured baked beans sometimes if I'm really hungry.

back onto the oven or microwave debate, i always use the microwave but after having nachos in the gold coast a few weeks ago at a pizza shop that came out of an oven i might convert to the oven.

I use Mission corn chips spread evenly over a baking tray. Cheese, salsa, capsicum, smoked chicken, bacon. Top with sour cream and guacamole.
