There are many problems with the poor bloke in the midfield... Slinder frame for one. Why not put him back in the forward pocket. From memory in 09 bags of four and five against port and crows. And from what I've noticed so far in the season his tackling has improved so this way we keep the tackle count and another goal nabber is added to our pre pubescent bow. Tyrone and jack arent always going to grab em so why not have him there...

i have a better idea how about we just play him at coburg, we can then try to find a small mid/for who actually can tackle properly kick a decent goal or at least the ones a small forward should kick. actually get a bit of ball rotate thru midfield without being a liabilty and add some real polish to the side.
na that would be un richmond like we will just persevere with hacks like white king edwards and nahas.

who would we replace them with, s_c?

not being a smartarse, just want to hear some opinions of who should come in

Tuck has been a big fav to come in

its likely rance and mcguane will get a recall personally id like to see gourdis get a game.

my ins would be dea at hb gourdis fb. tuck onball, post chf and one of derickx or brown in the ruck.
the outs would be white edwards graham nahas and thursfield.

Derrickx wont come in for a while yet. He played his first game on the weekend since early NAB cup/challenge.

reports are being short of a run showed on the weekend.

why the love for gourdis, has done bugger all. derickx has no match fitness. nahas' first off game of the season, wont get droped yet. white has beaten or matched his opposition thus far, wont be dropped.

agree on thursty and edwards tho.

I think Edwards has to go whereas Nahas I'm torn on.... He doesn't provide any hurt on the scoreboard which is concerning but he run and willingness to take on the opposition seems to spark others to do the same. I don't think he should be in the team by the end of the season unless he is providing impact on the scoreboard but would I drop him after this week.... I'm not sure? Maybe give Nason a go?

I would like to see Tuck in for Edwards, McGuane for Grimes and maybe Rance for Thursty....

MUST be Monday or Tuesday, time for Santa’s weekly call to include the poster boy Gourdis. Rarely has a player excited so many yet been overlooked on a weekly basis. :eek:Most hard done player on any AFL list is our own version of Matthew Scarlett!!:D
