193 cm 82 kg utility with strong pair of hands overhead and great ground level skills for a player of his height. Admittedly he has to put on a fair bit of muscle.

In the future where do you see him playing?????? Is he a forward, a backman or a winger??????

Personally I think he would be perfect as a floating tall forward. Maybe if he put on some 12 kg he could be a very good CHF as his work ethic is exceptional.

Thoughts??????

Gosh 193cm? He didn't look that tall in the Wizard Cup match against Port Adelaide. That's the only time I've seen him play and I wasn't greatly impressed though... So I can't really answer your question. :)

Yeah I know mate, you wouldn't have seen him play in SANFL. I was sort of directing this question at those who have seen him play. Especially Eagles supporters that see a fair bit of WW-Torrens games, like macca23;)

I like him. As you say Stiffy he has an exceptional work ethic. Needs to put on a bit of body strength before he'll make it at AFL level though.

I thought he was a key forward in the making originally, and that may still be how it works out. He has played some good footy in the backlines though, and he just might be better suited at this stage of his career to try and make it as a 3rd tall in defence, particularly with Smarty getting near the end of his career. His ground skills are good enough to even allow him to play as a tall HBF.

Jericho is the athletic tall that the Crows have earmarked long term for a wing, even though he has played his junior footy as a forward. Great skills this lad.

I think Bock really has it tough because I have never seen him play back to back game in SANFL in one position. This may sound a bit odd but I think at this stage of his career his versatility is his downsight. I would like the Eagles to play him either in defence or attack for the whole year not a game here, game there. This just interupts his development and can lead to a loss of form at times.

Eg. A couple of weeks ago Bock got dropped to reserves as his form was ordinary. He goes to reserves and kicks 5 goals and gets BOG. Just play him in a set position for a while so he can settle down. I don't mind if its as a forward or a backman but play him there for the whole year so he can get some development under his belt.
