I got my FOXTEL bill dated 28/10/2008 and the total was around $265.00.
My eyes virtually popped outta my head when I read the itemised charges......
Under my BOX OFFICE/MAIN EVENT CHARGES (note this is for an invoice dated 28/10/2008) dating back to 27/5/2008.
Under current Foxtel rules, it states:
Paying us for the Service

the Subscription Fees and the FOXTEL iQ Service Fee and/or ••FOXTEL iQ2 Service Fee for the Bill Period during which the Due Date falls (this means you are paying Subscription Fees – 18 –

you have to pay these charges even if they have been ••incurred by someone else at your Address or have been carried over from previous Bill Periods. All Services to your Address will be billed to the same account, and have the same Bill Period.

Whilst I acknowedge this, it is fair practice and feasible that FOXTEL charge me 6 months backlog of orders?????????????
