Just curious about about how everyone else approaches their personal fitness regime.
Personally, I prefer only doing push-up when I have a fully erect penis. That way I can use the sensation of my nut sack brushing the floor boards as the the change over to going back up. When my penis is flaccid, clearly my skin brushes the floor boards much sooner.
Don't be embarrassed, we're all friends here. Do you prefer doing nude push-ups with an erect penis too?
