Have you ever had one of those sinful lazy days, when you do absolutely nothing? I am having one today and I don't feel one bit guilty.
I rolled out of bed at 10.30 this morning, browsed around the net and big footy while my husband made breakfast. Then spent an hour and a half having a leisurely breakfast and reading the papers. Spent an hour in the spa bath complete with champagne and music. Now I am sitting around in a big fluffy white robe, with a glass of champagne, a bowl of strawberries dipping them into melted chocolate. Decadent, and I don't feel one little bit guilty. It doesn't get much better than this. :)

I too rolled out of the cot at 10.30 and lazed around. Unfortunately, I worked all night and didn't hit the sack until 6am.
About to head off for another all-nighter feeling knackered before I start.
Your way sounds much more appealing. :(

Indeed but lazy days can only mean one things....Bail up the house, take the phone off the hook and lock the bloody doors FREELOADERS arrgh! Just had some chick knocking at the door (thank heavans for one way venetians) can barely work out for the life of me who it was but am thinking now that is yet another one of my mothers hanger oner "friends" that we've tried to brush off over the years and haven't seen for about 2.

I feel for you, Fred. But I get up at 5.30 every morning (Monday - Friday) to go to work so I reckon I can justify one day of indulgence. ;)
Besides don't be too envious of me, this melted chocolate is messy. I have it everywhere, even on my mouse.

I think it's truly a "guilty" day when there are things that you know you have to do, such as chores around the house or errands to run, and therefore take a lazy day instead.

But you're right, Bee-- we all need these kinds of days on the weekends once in a while. :)

I've been working every night for a week and a half. Thanks to the idiot bureaucrats in our nazi homeland defense, I have to take 4 hour classes twice a week until June. Even on my days off. That is, when I eventually do get a day off.

Strawberries and champagne. I'm happy to get home exhausted in the morning, yell at my cat and have a beer before falling into bed.

Ummm, I am now going to feel even more guilty. What chores, we pay a cleaner to come in once a week to do all the house work. **** and span.

Okay, make me feel guilty, won't don't you? :)

You should move to Oz, Moost, the land of the long weekend, sickies and leave loading.
