as they say in the clip - the problem with a lot of these claims is that the birth certificates are extremely unreliable. Many of these "oldest people ever" are from areas with colonial administrations where they just were not registered and they have no way of proving conclusively the age of these people.
That said she looks old but pretty well preserved if she's 134.
