Anyone know any good free (as in money and spyware) online multi player RPG's. Just to help past the time during a slow day at work.

Try RuneScape (http://www.runescape.com). Trust me when I first played it it was the greatest thing since sliced bread to me Give it some patience to finish the tutorial island but you will aabsolutely love it and be addicted for ages like me.
