OPENING ROUND


It's finally here. The start of the official AFL season.

But there's no need to stress or worry about completing your team right now. This round doesn't count for scoring. So we can all sit back, relax and enjoy the footy.

It will however count for cash generation for all the players who play this weekend. So that little 230k debutant that could, comes out of nowhere and puts up a good score will end up being selected by everyone.

For the other veteran players we just want to see the roles that they play and if they are scoring how we want them to score this season. But opening round always throws us curveballs. Players that we never considered at all this preseason will pop their heads up and give us no choice but to start them. So hold strong Fantasy coaches. We're going to be in for a big weekend.

Still chasing that top 100 finish, slipped out to 106th in the final round… so close to a hat! So that's the goal for this year.
