I wanted some opinion (as I usually do). I filled out this survey on my job....

Seeing as I am considering changing my line of work, and seeing as many of these questions can be related to other workplaces, how does your work stack up? I had mostly "disagree"s and "strongly disagree"s, is my place particularly bad or is it just as bad out in the "real" world?
