Our Spine

What WCE players should make up our spine? We do not exactly have a compulsory opinion on our FF and CHB??? Voices of opinions?

Mine would be as follows:
1. regarding all players are fit and healthy and in good form
2. Cox plays predominately in the ruck

Cousnins - rotating with Judd and Fletch in the sqaure
McDougall - Gadiner playing as a FFF (rotating with Doogs at FF and Seaby in the ruck)

yep, that looks good enough for me. lynch is more suited to CHB IMO.

If Lynch can redeem himself and hold down CHB, then a lot of pieces fall into place.

Hansen is first choice CHF, leaving Gardiner, Doogs and Staker to fight over FF, with Seaby in a FP when not rucking.

Id rather staker be a floating flanker than a FF.

Your comments were if all players were in fit and in form.

Truthfully, i think Lynch and Doogs would have spots in the best 22 anyway, however Gaspar, who hasn't played that much to prove himself, i feel he is the answer at CHB if he is fit.

Doogs on the other hand would compete with Brad Smith because Brad and his WAFL form is hard to look past, it is a whole different type of footy in the AFL, but with his accuracy in front of goals which sticks in any code when u have a set shot and the fast leading he did before his injury, he tends to have the beef on Doogs in those areas.

Therefore my spine would be, keeping your comments in mind that every player is fit and in form.

By the way, i hope no one attacks me after these suggestions, they are just running on some of my gut instincts and by the way, Lynch and Doogs would still have a spot in our best 22 if my spine was possibly going to happen.

If I was woosha i'd be cutting my losses with Gaspar. Sticking by a player is fine, to a point, and I think Gaspar is fast approaching that point.
