What do we think of David Parkins return to Hawthorn? I think it is fantastic.
I think that he will be of great value in a 'non front' role.
I actually wonder whether his lower match day role this year wasn't a big reason for the improvement by Carlton this year. the thing we will all remember Parkin for is that pumping jugular when he was upset by something that happened. I wonder whether the wobblies sometimes became a general distraction & muddied the message. He looked cooler this year & Carlton were tactically brilliant. He also has a great record of getting the best from players.

Very happy to have Parko back GM.

Anyone with his passion and knowledge for the game should always be a welcome addition at ANY club. The fact that hes coming 'home' is just the icing on the cake.

Getting a good feeling for next year already.

I reckon that it is a great move by the Hawks to get Parko back, anything will help so we can beat the Blues.
But seriously I reckon the Hawks are gonna be awesome next year, and if Shaun Rehn could do something along the lines of what Paul Salmon did then we are in for a big year and i just urge all supporters to buy a membership cause that is what helps the club!!!
