At least in your club people just resign 
. In my club they either get kicked out for rooting other team-mates wives, jump off bridges, attempt suicide, change gender or become spokespersons for mental awareness issues

I can get away with posting that here. If I had just posted that in the North thread I'd get either get shot or told that it's my turn to jump off a bridge or change gender.
