Wow, some people just wont listen.

If my video of the game had shown him deliberateley or recklessley elbowing an opponent to the head I would have supported a ban 100%. BUT THE FACT IS THAT IT DOES NOT SHOW AN ELBOW HIT AT ALL.

Now, given that the video is all I have to go on how on earth do you expect my opinion to be any other than that he cannot be deemed guilty?

Now if the situation was in reverse and Joey had been stretchered off and I couldn't see the opponent had made contact I would not want him suspended either.

You can only go on what your eyes tell you unless there are other cameras or the umpires saw something else. I can't be more honest than that.

Who cares what people are saying, he got off and thats all that matters. And the excuses people are using in another thread on the main board are redicoulus. They're saying its cause of his skin colour, yet Farmer got 3 weeks and he's blacker (Matera is only half aboriginal anyway). I heard someone say its because they want to help out the weak (as if) WA teams, once again refer to Farmer. There's tons of other crappy excuses, fact is the tribunal let him off so technically he's innocent.

They didnt let him off. They saw what i saw, a guy trying to protect himself from a sheperd and his forearm slipped high and accidentally copped Tarkyn. He did nothing wrong.
