The image belongs to the person who took the picture not the subject in the picture.
Therefore it is not YOUR image in as much as you do not own it, the person who took the original image is the owner.
Besides this is all irrelevant as I was not the one who posted it in the first place- it was already on bigfooty I just reposted it.
Considering you currently have your own image as your avatar I would guess that the original uploader of the photo I reposted was you.
Since you are so concerned about ownership of images Im sure you have express written consent from the person who took the photo to use their image- don't you?
