anyone got any info on this area? Smithfield Plains and Muno Para West?

Heard its an up and coming place. Its not the best area now but i heard in the next 15 or so years it going to be really developed. They are putting a new station in there i heard wiht an exrpess service to town.

Its on the flatlands which makes it hot i think????

I live close by. Its a decent area i suppose. Smithfeild Plains and Munno Para West are reasonable old areas, not the greatest. But its all the land next to these suburbs that is being developed stretching towards Gawler. The new areas are Andrews Farm, Blakes Crossing, Blakeview, Craigmore, and several others, although some sections of these suburbs are 10+ years old already. IMO the section with Blakes Crossing, Craigmore and Blakeview is better. Talk of a massive shopping centre being built, and the land is more hilly toward the base of the Adelaide Hills. Also, the surrounding suburbs are all fairly new. The other side is next to older suburbs like Smithfield, Daveron Park, Munno Para west etc. And the land is very flat.

I awanna buy a house and land package in Muno Parra West. I am concerned that some of them are very cheap, is it because of the quality or is the area that bad?

The area is OK. I guess it is a middle of the road area. But I think the land is pretty small from memory.

Middle of the road is stretching it a bit. I'd put it in the bottom quartile for sure.

Daveron park, Smithfield, sections of Elizabeth would be bottom quartile. But any suburb can have its bad eggs I guess.

You know the world is changing when 'outside' people are willing to move in properties north of Salisbury Highway :p

Like these...?

Truth is, there are a few bad sections of the "Elizabeth / Craigmore / Daveron Park area. There are also some very decent sections of the same suburbs. It is generally the same with most regions.
