Please help premiership coach 2011

I bought this game yesterday and it had been working fine. After finishing a season just after the brownlow count it came up error log 118 or something like that and now won't let me into it at all and it keeps saying that and windows closes the program does anyone know what to do?

Uninstall and reinstall.
