I wouldn't think that the Eagles would take Winnie since you've got Philip Matera who is one of the best forward crumbers around.

I just think it would be great for Winnie if he could finish his career with one of his hometown clubs.....but I reckon that if North don't extend his contract, then no other club will pick him up and his AFL career will be over.

Sabre saw where your boy Polak was in among the best for the West in the Teal cup against Vic Metro.That must be pleasing for you.Hope he can keep up the good work.Young Ashley Sampi is another who was impressive apparently.He may be the goods as well.Maybe his size will go agin him but have seen him play a few times at South and he looks good.

I was thinking axactly the same thing Darky... his name was Troy and my Mum loved him... a specky every week... we traded him for Freeborn I think...
