Possible List Changes for 2010

Hopefully we can take the talk away from Fev for a few minutes to talk about possible de-listings, retirees and trades.

I am not the clearest on the rules of how many players we are required to draft, elevate and delist etc. So if someone could clarify that would be great but I would think the possible players up for de-listing could be;

Bannister, Bentick (Need new user name!!!), Edwards, Fisher (Could be trade bait), Hartlett, C. Johnson, Wiggins.

I don't want to get into too many trade hypotheticals here but we know for certain we will get McLean for Pick 11.

Which I think leaves us with 27, 43, 59, 75 in a weak draft.

Who goes and who stays... (To leave it simple I'm advising for people just to please pretend that Fev will be playing for CFC next year, for the benefit of the thread guys!)

There is no way that we will lose both Edwards and Hartlett unless we get an established KPP.

Obviously we cannot delist all of those players, but I would think they are the ones that will be looked at the longest.

You make a point, I shall edit Wiggins into the list.

I think Bannister should be the first one gone. He was retained on the list to play negating roles this season but I feel Aaron Joseph stepped into that role and bettered Bannister on out put

Hadley is an interesting one.
Brock Mclean can be the midfield enforcer that Hadley was recruited to be. But both have had injuries over the paste few years so Hadley might be retained as a back up. I don't think that they will play in the seniors together.
