YES...only if:

*if we find a full forward who can kick 60+ goals

*if we find a half back who can take on the tredraes, and halls

*we can win away consistently, and at least challenge the big name teams interstate(bar lions, we already do that!)

*Stand up Gardiner. Will take a lot of pressure off Doogs as well as kick a fair few goals.

*Gaspar, Staker and Graham could fill that option, but at this stage this is a major question mark for us.

*Our midfield is just about perfect. We should really dominate in this area next year.

yes.

Need someone to stand up a CHB, need a good run with injuries, and need everyone playing to potential.

We can finish anywhere in top 6. I'll be disappointed if we finish lower than 4th. Flag is possible, but will take our best shot.

Still weak in the back half, especially at CHB. If we had someone like Chad Cornes we would be a top4 certainty. Could still be a moot point if we continually win the ball out of the centre. Our midfield will be very hard for opposition teams to matchup on. Stenglein now allows us to shutdown the oppositions best midfielder. Will be interesting to see what type of game plan we go with next year.

I don't think we'd struggle to find someone to float around in the back line and rack up touches..
It's a CHB that can play on a Powerhouse CHF like, J. Brown, Riewoldt, Tredrea, Hall etc that we need, not someone who can get countless possessions in the backline who struggles to play on a good CHF

Hey, mate, are you sure you don't work in the coaches box?

Very well said.

Firstly you under rate Chad Cornes if you think he can't play on his man and shut people down. He aint no Jason Cloke, he is a gun. Secondly we have KP defenders like Lynch and Glass who can sit on a guy but don't provide much the other way. We need guys who can rebound. All the good teams now have attacking defenses, especially attacking CHBs. The old fashioned 'stopper' is being fazed out.
