Roast Q4 Intensity Drop

It was the Franklin goal from the middle of the ground that was the final blow.

I pretty much gave up on winning at that point, I think the Collingwood boys did too.

But to drop off so much, that a 30 point margin went to 55 is deplorable. Even if we don't win the 4 points today, the percentage is still just as important.

I hope Bucks drills this into the team.

I feel the responsibility should be laid upon acting captain Scott Pendlebury.

It's not good but these things happen. If it was like that from the start then I would worry.

Pendles and Reid both obviously playing injured, Daisy still underdone in his return game and a fair bit of quality still on the sidelines. Expected loss IMO, and not so bad in the scheme of things with a few exceptions. I'm not certain we're premiership contenders to be honest but I will reserve that call until I see Beams and Ball back as well as Krak, Maxwell and maybe even Dids back in the side for some quality inside 50's. Our best is probably weeks away yet and nobody can predict whether we won't copy more injuries in the meanwhile. Lots can change with so much quality still to come and a little luck so hope springs eternal. We all hate losing and fade outs are never pretty but there are plenty of positives in a 2 and 1 start with our personnel issues so let's not get too concerned.

That said, how the hell can we have had so much crap luck with injuries over the last 3 seasons? Surely it has to change soon!
