Hi guys,

I'm a uni student with the university of Technology, Sydney. (UTS)

I'm currently conducting market research on the sponsorship of AFL teams and I need 250 respondents on order to finish this study and get my university degree.

So if any anyone would be so kind as to go to this web site and fill in my questionnaire I would be really grateful:

http://surveys.uts.edu.au/index.cfm?surveyid=1267

I did it.

However, I would prefer that there be no sponsor's logos on the guernsey. Having said that, I know that this is here to stay and that there is nothing to be done about it.

Gatorade is a product that should only be used by Athletes of the highest echelon - either top amateurs or professionals. Everyone else should just drink water during their sport. Lucozade is just straight glucose - practically liquid sugar. Has almost no value apart form a very short spike in energy.

I so rarely buy elctronics products that it hardly matters. The last thing I bought was a DV Camera - a Samsung. I have a PAnasonic TV, Sony VCR TEAC Digital box, a Pioneer Amplifier and a Telefunken DVD player. Wharfedale Speakers.

I will not buy shirts that say brands of footwear or other things on them, as I think they should pay me to advertise their products, not me pay them. I do use name brand golf balls, but only because they are actually better. If Top Flight came out with a ball as good as a Pro V1 Titleist I would buy that.

That's my take on Sponsorship and branding.

Done.

I've got to say...for marketing honours, that survey design left a fair bit to be desired. There's a raft of important missing options, several presumptions made about the user's personal circumstances and pre-existing views, and the wording of some questions is unhelpfully vague or struggles to match up with the answer options. Someone's supervisor needs a good slap.
