quick reply question

Is anyone having any trouble with quick reply at the moment?

When I hit it, the box below does activate, but then automatically links to a normal reply page.

IE7 FWIW

Working for me, switch to Firefox

sounds like a javascript issue -when javascript is turned off the quick reply button will go to the normal reply page.
