just wondering if you guys rate him or not? what do you rekon is good and bad about his game etc.

Very good young player
Good - he's tough at, reads the play well
Bad - Skills not quite 100% - kicking lacks penertration, body needs work (which is understandable)

That said I would like to see him dropped this week, I really think he needs some time in the 2's after an interrupted preseason

great young talent who fits into the team. does need some time to get back into the swing of things after a near fatal injury but im excited to see how he improves and develops over the next few years

nah mate, dont know where you got that from... moloney actually lead the team in tackles with 6 IIRC

moloney and pettard were pretty unnacountable last week on their opponents, which I reckons why they were dropped. Moloney on Bateman and Pettard on Rioli - was rarely close to him.

Pettard shirked a contest in the members pocket as well which got me all worked up, but in time he will come good

Was Moloney on Bateman? I thought Bateman played off half back. Perhaps he lined up in the centre square for the bounces, then settled across half back.

i'm pretty sure i saw bateman lining up as a spare man off half back for the bounces. whether it was a once off or for the whole game i have no idea
