One of the originals. The Blues legend died today at the age of 97. Performed Blues all his life, but didn't really make it big until 1992 when he was in his 80's. As a result he released 15 albums in 15 years from that year onwards. Phenomenal achievement. Last year he won a Grammy for his 'Joined At The Hip' album with Willie 'Big Eyes' Smith, and if you liked Blues I can't recommend that album enough. It's fantastic. Also made Pinetop the oldest Grammy winner ever.
