Which one would you elevate to play next week and maybe for the rest of the season and who you would drop for them to get their spot?

Danny Hughes for mine, has that bit of X-Factor about him and has been playing very well at Casey.

As for who I would get him to replace probably Jetta or Petterd (unless he's playing in the backline next week). Hopefully he gets a game soon though because I really want him playing for Melbourne this season.

Also I think we have another Rookie spot available because of the injuries to Meesen/Garland/Blease and the new rule which allows teams to upgrade a rookie after the halfway point of the season, we've only upgraded Spencer and Valenti as far as I know.

I believe he means dropped from the team that "played" last night.

Spot on Dez, For me it's Jordie McKenzie. Has been playing some bloody good footy at Casey and I can't remember the last time I DIDN'T see his name in the best players column. Out goes McLean, limited pre season is affecting his form at the moment and I think a couple of games down at Casey may help him out.

Hughes looks the goods at VFL level - powerful, hard at it, explosive and a good grab. Would love to see how he goes at AFL level.

TBH i wouldnt mide seeing Zomer, Mckenzie or Hughes get elevated. They've all got traits that we need in our team atm but i voted for mckenzie mainly because as it has been mentioned he's been fantastic for casey week to week and we need midfielders with consistance badly!

I'd love to see Hughes get a game, he's got pace about him, though his kicking from set shots is erratic. Jordie McKenzie & Rhys Healey I would consider also, Healey seems to have the X about him, & McKenzie is good at getting his own ball.
