I'll take it. You'll only see me for ten mins 3 times a week. I don't have much stuff, just a couple of lamps and the odd pot plant. I'm very quiet. May have to knock a couple of holes in the wall and ceiling but my mate who is a plasterer will fix them up when i move out.

I'm scared of the dark so i usually leave my light on all night so don't worry if there is some light coming from under my door at 3am.

BTW, do we go thirds in the electricity and water bill?
