One of the great joys of coaching is seeing players develop, improve and mature, as players and people.

Roosy has my support. He has run a tight club with first class results. Now he is being challenged and he is standing up. Nick Davis will come out of this a better player and we will be a better club in the long run 2007 on. I hope he coaches for another 100.

The losses that haunt you as coach are not the major blowouts but the close ones you don't win and the finals you lose, because they end your season.

I hope the game v. West Coast last weekend keeps you up at night.
