GAJ has a five game average of 182.2 against Sydney ignoring last year's first quarter sub affected 19. However all of these scores were with Geelong.

3 way tie for me at the moment between Beams, Swan and Pendles. Currently Pendles (c) and Beams (vc). Depends on how I feel Friday night as always.

Looking at Petrie or Wells to go to town on the Dees under the roof.
Wells with Magner (their #1 tagger all year) out could have a field day.
I thought it was McKenzie? McKenzie to Wells, Swallow to have a big day out?

I didn't see Jordie was back in this week, he was out. Yeah, he'll probably go to Wells with Swallow & Maloney head to head. Dont have Swallow though.

With my other option I think Frawley will go to Hansen, leaving Sellar on Petrie, which is a big class difference.

Going to have to stick with ol faithful Gaz. Hoping it doesn't bite me in the ass though. Against the swans he could very well have a quiet one. Also tempted to go Josh Kennedy after his game last week but that also seems risky. Tough call this week!

Don't let GAbletts recent form distract you from the simple law of averages. I've seen that average at work many many times before... He just simply dominates us. Every single time*. I think we'll send our main taggers to Swallow etc to completely shut them down then play Jack off of GAblett (which should be a cracker of a match up) in the hope we can punish them going the other way. I think of it like a chain, GAblett is the strongest link in their midfield chain, however he still needs 3 other links to get the ball all the way across the ground... If the 3 other links are locked down then good luck getting the ball all the way through the tough as nails Swans midfield into an inexperienced forward line completing against the stingiest defence in the AFL all by himself. Not that I don't see him trying anyway... Bad for GC but great for capt. GAblett SC scoreage.

*Unless he gets injured in the 1st quarter

Swallow or Petrie vs Melbourne looks a decent option. Petrie may get the vest at some stage though if we are well ahead. Think i will stick with ablett in the end.

Anyone think that Priddis could be a good option? Very consistent and against the Lions could have a very big output. Does anyone happen to know what he is averaging against them?
133, 119, 121 in his last three against Brisbane for an average of 124.33.

Have gone Beams when the options of GAJ, Pendles, Swan, and maybe even Pavlich were available. Will have to see how much I regret that by Sunday night.

Stuck with Ablett, although Pav was very tempting.
